Peak Season Jul 1st to Sep 17th	US$ 310+
High Season Dec 17th to Jan 15th	US$ 370+
Max 4 people Allowed at Villa Sukapadi (Extras on request basis)

Currency : US$ Dollar
A 15% Government Tax will be added to each reservation on the gross amount of the rental
Price is per villa per night with and without breakfast
Max 4 people allowed in the villa for accommodation purposes
All rates, as posted may or may not include an American breakfast
Rates include free Wifi, 11x3.5 meter pool, maid service daily, personnel laundry, Ipad docking station, free CD/DVD
Baby cot & High Chair available upon request and at extra charge of $30.00,
per night's stay and includes 15% Government Tax
A roll-away bed is available on special ocassions. Rate may or may not include Breakfast
Minimum Stays: Low Season: 3 nights, High Season: 4-5 nights, Peak Season: 7 nights minimum

No children accepted under the age of twelve (12) Children 12 and above are counted as an adult.
Babies will be accommodated up to 2 years of age only. See rates for the Baby Cot above.
Cancellation Retained: +60 Days=20%; 30-59 days=50%; 29-0 days=100%.

VILLA SUKAPADI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE RATES AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME AND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. NOTIFICATION SHALL BE 48 HOURS MINIMUM.
